Rechenberg Security requires the services of a Securie Call Centre Operator in Bundaberg for our 24Hour electronic security monitoring services, on a permanent part time basis.
While previous experience is not a prerequisite as full training will be provided the successful applicant must bring to the position the following skills:
- Above average communication skills
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, including phone manner
- Aptitude to understand computer software applications and advanced computer literacy
- Available to do shift work
- The ability to remain calm in pressure situations
Shifts are scheduled on a 12Hour rotational basis (3 days on, 3 days off). Additionally, you must be available to cover other shifts as required including weekends, night shifts and Public Holidays.

Rechenberg Security is seeking to engage the services of a qualified Security Technician with great technical skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. In this Tennyson-based position you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including;
Carrying out installation and service of security equipment to Rechenberg quality standards, including:
- Review project specifications and prepare installation plan in accordance with customer requirements
- Liaise with Branch Manager regarding customer specs
- Take responsibility for project implementation from commencement through to client handover,
- Full system programming, testing and commissioning
and very importantly:
Ensuring customer satisfaction with your installation work.
Necessary Skills/ Experience
- Open cabling license
- Trade certification or similar trade qualification
- Sound knowledge of security systems desirable
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in security surveillance
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Time management
- Aptitude for dealing with technical equipment
- Flexible to meet changing demands
