SECURE CALL CENTRE OPERATOR - Bundaberg Office

Rechenberg Security and Locksmiths requires the services of a Secure Call Centre Operator in Bundaberg for our state of the art 24Hr electronic security monitoring services, on a permanent part time basis, for immediate start.
While previous experience is not a prerequisite as full training will be provided, the successful applicant must bring to the position the following skills:
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, including phone manner
- The ability to remain calm in pressure situations
- Flexibility to undertake shift work
- Aptitude to understand computer software applications and advanced computer literacy
- Certificate III Security Operations (desirable)
A minimum of 36 hours per week is on offer based on a rotational three(3) day shift - ie. 3 days 6:00am to 6:00pm then 3 day break followed by 3 days 6:00pm to 6:00am. In addition to this, you must be available to cover other shifts as required including weekends, night shifts and Public Holidays. The successful applicant will also be required to apply for a Security Licence (Class 1 - Monitoring) to comply with current licencing legislation.

LOCKSMITH APPRENTICE - Bundaberg Office

Rechenberg Locksmiths requires the services of an apprentice in our Bundaberg office on a permanent full time basis.
While previous experience is not a prerequisite as full training will be provided the successful applicant must bring to the position the following skills:
- Above average communication skills
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical mathematical ability
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Patience and tact when dealing with the public
- Good vision and hearing
An Apprentice Locksmith is mainly involved in:
- Evaluating security requirements
- Installing, repairing and maintaining locks and related security equipment
- Making keys and changing lock combinations
Locksmiths generally work a 38-hour, five day week, Saturday Mornings, "on call" nights and weekends to respond to emergencies and are required to work on residential, commercial and institutional locksets and door hardware.
