SECURE CALL CENTRE OPERATOR - Bundaberg Office

Rechenberg Security requires the services of a Securie Call Centre Operator in Bundaberg for our 24Hour electronic security monitoring services, on a permanent part time basis.

While previous experience is not a prerequisite as full training will be provided the successful applicant must bring to the position the following skills:

  • Above average communication skills
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, including phone manner
  • Aptitude to understand computer software applications and advanced computer literacy
  • Available to do shift work
  • The ability to remain calm in pressure situations

Shifts are scheduled on a 12Hour rotational basis (3 days on, 3 days off). Additionally, you must be available to cover other shifts as required including weekends, night shifts and Public Holidays.

Rechenberg Security is seeking to engage the services of a qualified Security Technician with great technical skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.  In this Tennyson-based position you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including;

Carrying out installation and service of security equipment to Rechenberg quality standards, including:

  • Review project specifications and prepare installation plan in accordance with customer requirements
  • Liaise with Branch Manager regarding customer specs
  • Take responsibility for project implementation from commencement through to client handover,
  • Full system programming, testing and commissioning

and very importantly:

Ensuring customer satisfaction with your installation work.

Necessary Skills/ Experience

  • Open cabling license
  • Trade certification or similar trade qualification
  • Sound knowledge of security systems desirable
  • Minimum 12 months previous experience in security surveillance
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Time management
  • Aptitude for dealing with technical equipment
  • Flexible to meet changing demands
