HOW DO THEY WORK?
Our medical alert alarms are extremely simple to use.
In the case of an emergency, the person in danger will press the emergency button – which is positioned on a remote fob worn on the wrist or around the neck on a lanyard. This alert will go straight to our control room, informing the staff on duty of the incident. The trained control room staff will then follow the predetermined instructions to get help on-site as quickly as possible.

FALL DETECTION

Our medical alert units have the option of a sophisticated fall detector that can recognise if a major fall has resulted in the user becoming unconscious. After identifying a fall, the accelerator installed in the pendant will search for movement. If it detects movement, it will cancel the automatic signal and the person wearing the pendant can raise the alert if need be (by pressing the emergency button). If it cannot detect movement, an automatic signal will be sent out for help.
