Mobile app control and instant alerts
The Ajax Security System mobile app is your day to day control point. It lets you manage security modes, view system status, and respond quickly to alarms and events.
- Arm and disarm the system from anywhere, including Night mode (stay protected while moving inside).
- Use Group mode for larger sites so different areas can be armed and disarmed independently (for users with access).

Alarm monitoring that complements the Ajax app
For customers who want an extra layer of protection, Rechenberg Security can connect your Ajax system to alarm monitoring through our own monitoring centre. You still keep full control in the Ajax app for day to day arming, disarming and notifications, while our monitoring team can respond to alarm signals when you need backup. If your system includes camera equipped detectors such as MotionCam devices, alarm events can include photo verification in the Ajax ecosystem, helping confirm what is happening and support faster, more informed action. Monitoring is designed to work alongside the app, not replace it, giving you both instant self-notifications and professional response options.
Ajax CCTV and video surveillance
Ajax offers a complete video range (cameras, doorbells and NVRs) designed to sit neatly alongside the Ajax alarm system in one interface.
The Baseline video lineup includes wired and wireless cameras, doorbells, and network video recorders, with built-in AI and NDAA-compliant hardware.
For customers of Rechenberg Security, this means you can have intrusion protection and CCTV working together, with the option to add monitoring via our own monitoring centre.
Ajax security cameras
Ajax cameras are designed for fast, secure video access in Ajax apps, with options to record via an NVR or directly to microSD (model dependent).
Popular camera options include:
- IndoorCam (Wi-Fi camera): HD streaming and two-way audio, controlled from your smartphone.
- TurretCam (wired IP camera): Options include 5 MP or 8 MP models, IR illumination up to 50 m, built-in microphone, IP65 housing, and support for microSD up to 256 GB.
- BulletCam (outdoor IP camera): A wired, AI-powered outdoor camera option within the Ajax video lineup.
- TurretCam HL: Hybrid illumination that adapts to lighting conditions and can switch from IR to white light for full-colour footage, with AI recognition of people, vehicles and animals.
Ajax also supports privacy controls and security features like multi-tier account security (including 2FA) and privacy zones (feature availability depends on device and app setup).
Ajax DoorBell
Ajax DoorBell is a video doorbell with built-in AI, PIR sensor, and two-way voice communication, controlled via apps. It supports live view and archived video (when paired with an Ajax NVR or cloud archive, depending on the setup).
Ajax NVR recording and archive
Ajax NVR is designed to blend video surveillance with Ajax security systems, offering wide compatibility for integrating IP cameras and providing access to the video archive in Ajax apps.
If you want a screen at a desk or control room, the NVR H series includes HDMI output and USB support for peripherals.
Video wall and faster review during incidents
Ajax PRO Desktop includes a video wall for viewing multiple camera streams at once, including live streams and archive playback (where recording is enabled).
