Steve was great! We dropped in without an appointment when my partner’s canopy’s rear lock wasn’t working, and Steve came out and saved the day! He was very friendly, curious and helpful. He had another lock on the ready if we couldn’t fix the lock, but ultimately, our lock only cost very little to fix. Thanks again Steve 🙂

Just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Steven at Rechenberg Bundaberg.
Steven went out of his way to help me with a broken window lock, on my vehicle canopy. Very prompt and friendly service, even though i was a walk in with no appointment.

Busy time of year but they came to my rescue with a deadlock that wouldn't lock therefore my house wasn't secure. Nice and polite service and helpful with some key advice.

Andrew really helped me - I had two cars with dodgy second keys...Andrew had the answers - quickly & professionally sorting the problems out. I really appreciated that he advised me of the expense before just going ahead. The prices were reasonable and has given us working key technology! Thank you very much Andrew!! 😀

All requests were responded to in a timely manner and the technicians arrived on site at the arranged time. We are very happy with the quality of the images from our new security camera system. Simon and Dez from Rechenberg Security certainly went above and beyond the call of duty in their service. We had them around to service our intercom and alarm systems which were installed 16 years ago, by the previous owners. After a long day of solving the problem of damaged (concealed) cables, they got everything working perfectly. Simon gave us personal training on how to operate the system and sent us useful pdf manuals. Dez was very patient as he solved a number of technical problems with his technical knowledge, professionalism and a cheerful demeanour. We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to tighten up their home security.

Ray has attended our site on many occasions to assist in upgrade issues we have had, always has excellent communication and attention to detail so we understand what he is working on and how it will work moving forward. We are a small Body Corporate of six houses. Rechenberg installed our security system with a minimum of fuss. They explained how everything worked to all of us and even supplied manuals relating to our system. We were very happy with the work they did.

“I am super happy with how the AJAX system is working. The iPhone App is awesome. The keypad on the wall works well and I’m happy that Carl set up the ‘night mode’ for me. I use it every night and sleep well because of it.
Carl was an absolute legend, he was patient with me, explained everything really well. He took his time with installation, and got it all done perfectly. I have to give Carl 5/5.
Also, Jack Rechenberg was 5/5, he did a great job with the locks, and fixed everything to be 100%.
