The Rechenberg Control Room has scored an Australian first earlier this month with the integration of Visual Verification from the Alarm.com cloud platform into our Control Rooms alarm monitoring automation system. During our close work with Alarm.com, we have fully integrated the cloud platform, and more recently, Video Verification, in our monitoring automation system.
We are the first monitoring centre in all of Australia to achieve this functionality with the Alarm.com Video Verification, which highlights the capabilities and expertise our Control Room Development Team has in regards to third party integrations and video monitoring.
When our Control Room receives an alarm event, we’re able to, almost instantaneously, securely and automatically retrieve any associated video events showing from a pre and post-alarm video event.
For customers who use Alarm.com, we can provide an advanced Alarm.com specific monitoring service. This means we can have eyes onsite faster than has ever been possible before – improving security levels and response times drastically. By also integrating Visual Verification, we can assist police in determining which events require priority response, which plays a big role in the new National Police Response Guidelines.
In the future, the Rechenberg Control Room will continue aiding bureaus with integrations such as Alarm.com, allowing them to build and manage their business through our commitment to integrating third party products and services, and finding new and easy RMR generation possibilities.
